Actionable Business Intelligence gives us a glimpse at our strengths and weakness while highlighting options to maximize return on investment and the opportunity to course-correct when we can mitigate risk and preserve savings. Cost-Benefit Analysis or CBA is a tool that can quickly provide this type of Business Intelligence. In this course, you will gain experience building the cost-benefit model, learn how those components come together to produce actionable intelligence, and conduct a cost-benefit analysis. You will accomplish this in your hands-on project as we work side-by-side in the free-to-use software Google Sheets. By the end of this course, you will understand use cases for conducting cost-benefit analysis, how the intelligence can be used for decision-making, and you will be able to confidently conduct a cost-benefit analysis in any spreadsheet software. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
